Join us as our expert panel discusses the consumer litigation funding industry including the best practices set forth by the American Bar Association and the Alliance for Responsible Consumer Legal Funding.

The panel will discuss what lawyers need to know about consumer litigation funding including the history and basics of third-party funding along with different types of funding arrangements. The panel will also tour the best industry practices, along with regulatory and ethical considerations.

Speakers Anthony Sebok, Professor of Law, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law; Ronnie Mabra, the Mabra Firm; Eric Schuller, President, Alliance For Responsible Consumer Legal Funding (ARC), will discuss the history and structure of the market and the ethical rules with moderator Lucian T. Pera, a partner in Adams and Reese LLP.

For non-members the cost will be $130.00 unless you are affiliated with ARC or one of the ARC Companies then the cost will only be $75.00.
